Goodyear has been connected with San Antonio for 20 years, when a branch office was first established here. Carload shipments will come direct to the warehouse, thus giving this community better service through larger stocks of passenger car, bus and truck tires, belting, hose, packing and accessories. Thousands attended the opening Friday and were shown through the plant. Goodyear held open house from 2 p. m. to midnight, serving refreshments and giving favors to all who attended.
