San Antonio justices warned they would not follow the precedent set by a New York magistrate who dismissed a fighting charge against two drunks, ruling that “a man cannot be disorderly in a saloon.”

Listed on the vaudeville bill at the Majestic Theater was a little-known performer named Mae West – billed as the “Eva Tanguay of Vaudeville.”
